QUESTION. If sex is believed to be bond between two people who are in love? But why is it condemnenable for a man and woman who're in a relationship especially if they're not married?"

ANSWER:  It is God that condemns such act of sexual activities between two unmarried people and not Man..  He also He counselled us on what to do and warned us of the consequences of disobedience.  

The fact that we live in a society where we have a lot of unmarried men and women commiting sexual activities does not make it right with God.  Let's take a look at these few scriptures from the counsel of God's Word:

GOD'S COUNSEL: "but if they cannot exercise self-control, let them marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with passion.(1 Corinthians 7:9)

GOD'S COUNSEL: But because of the temptation to sexual immorality, each man should have his own wife and each woman her own husband. (1 Corinthians 7:2). 

GOD'S COUNSEL: Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous.(Hebrew 13:4)

GOD'S WARNING: Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the SEXUALLY IMMORAL,nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, (1 Corinthians 6:9) 

In the site of God, sexual relationship between two unmarried people is regarded as immoral.For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you ABSTSIN FROM SEXUAL IMMORALITY; that each one of you know how to control his own body in holiness and honor. (1 Thessalonians 4: 3-4)

GOD'S WARNING: But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, THE SEXUAL IMMORAL, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.”. (Revelation 21:8).
